Many pearls of wisdom have been cast our way that have gone a long way to making our soups so delicious. Our kitchen is not like willie wonka's as all of our soups are handblended in small batches with a lot of T.L.C. so that all the flavours burst through just the way they should.

Everyone at Darwin's Deli are very aware of the world we live in and want to keep things as they should be. The link between man and nature is always in the forefront of our mind and we enhance the environment's natural balance wherever possible. We are able to trace our fresh seasonal ingredients back to source and will only use farm friendly meat (animals raised outside). For us vitality is the most important ingredient of all.
